As per usual, you will have to wait until SKY and ESPN has carved the fixtures up between them to see if the Blues will play on the Saturday, August 13, Sunday, Monday or whenever.
The Blues are then home to West Brom and Norwich City in the following matches - again all dates are subject to TV.
Like last season, the early fixtures all look winnable until Saturday September 17 when Chelsea are due to pop up north to face Manchester United.
