Jimmy To See Out Contract

Jimmy's future at Chelsea was in doubt after Barcelona expressed an interest in the Dutch striker last month. But, following the closure of the transfer window last week, no agreement could be met between Chelsea and Barca so the deal was dead.

So now was the right time for Jimmy, through his agent, to express his happiness in London.

Humhrey Nijman said "Jimmy is under contract with Chelsea and is happy there.

"Barcelona is history. The fact is Jimmy has three more years to go at Chelsea and is more than willing to fulfil it because he likes it there - everything is fine."

"I am not a visionary, you only have to deal with the facts and they are that he is under contract."

Hopefully Jimmy will show how happy he is by scoring his first goal of the season against Blackburn on Wednesday night...
