Hungry For Success
The Blues' number nine has surprisingly revealed that, although he would love to play in Europe's premier club competition at Stamford Bridge again, he would prefer to lift a domestic cup and get a winners' medal.

Hasselbaink said: "For me, silverware is better than anything else, although maybe the men upstairs at Chelsea would disagree with that.

"But as a professional footballer, you want to win something and if you come second it means you haven't won anything.

"I still think I would rather win a trophy like the FA Cup than finish fourth or something in the Premiership."

Chelsea boss Claudio Ranieri has already stated that his main ambition this season is to get the Blues back into the Champions League.

But his 30-year-old Holland international striker is longing to win a competition outright and give everyone associated with the club something to celebrate.

He added: "Silverware is the only thing missing for me but we're going in the right direction.
"If we carry on playing like we are, I feel we can put that right by the end of the season."

Hasselbaink is currently in a rich vein of form, having scored eight goals in his last nine appearances for club and country.
