Eidur told Chelsea TV: "At times, I think we have to gamble a little bit more with our runs going into the box. We have to be a bit more ruthless but I think that will come. We still feel that we will improve a lot as the season goes on."

As for the Spurs game, Eidur said "It's not a disaster, although it's two points dropped. It's definitely something that we'll put straight in the next few games."

You heard it folks, Eidur has guaranteed goals and points against Boro on Saturday!

Eidur has also been critical of his own personal performances. After finding the net against Man Yoo on the opening day of the season, he has yet to find the net again.

He admitted: "It's time for me to step up to another level and find more consistency, to try to push forward and be one of the first names on the team-sheet.

"I'm 26 now so it's a very important season for me and I'll put everything into it."
