Desailly: We Need Consistency

Last updated : 14 March 2003 By Rich Godden
Since Christmas, the Blues form has been extremely patchy. The big games have more often than not resulted in drop points and it is a cause for concern for Ranieri. And Desailly, so it would seem.

Our captain and leader on the pitch, said "The period since Christmas has been catastrophic. It has been terrible, terrible, terrible!

"In five or six games we only picked up a few points that is not enough. We need to be more consistent. We need to play 30 games in a row at the same level if we want to win the championship."

Desailly, out with a hip injury recently, also said he should return to face West Brom on Sunday.

Who will miss out in his place- JT? Gallas?
