Demba Ba to Leicester City Surely not

The Senegal international?s future at Stamford Bridge has looked uncertain since the return of Jose Mourinho.

It is believed that Mourinho is planning on giving Romelu Lukaku, dubbed the new Didier Drogba, a chance to hold down a starting position.

Leicester finished sixth in the Championship last season, narrowly missing out in the semi-final of the play-offs to Watford.

Their motive in this deal is to secure Demba Ba with regular first team football, in the hopes that they could convince the 28-year-old to drop down a league for a season long stint.

Such a deal would be regarded as a massive coup for the Foxes, and a huge boost to their promotion hopes.

It?s definitely a shot in the dark in Leicester?s point of view ? borderline ridiculous!

At 28-years-old and creeping in to the ?peak years? of his career, Ba will surely be focusing on cementing a place in a team that plays at the top level.

But, you never know, football is a crazy game.
