Chelsea boys hit the international net

Last updated : 17 August 2006 By Paul Lagan
Well done to our Chelsea boys on International duty this week.
John Terry, Frank Lampard, Arjen Robben and still aChelsea player William Gallas popped up to notch goals for their countries.
JT, as England skipper, must be beaming from ear to ear after heading in England's first against Greece.
Lamps may consider himself fortunate to have his deflected goal credited to him, but the distance he ran to collect the ball after starting the move off deserves greater recognition.
Arjen hit his eight goal for Holland in their rout of Ireland, while dear old William, quite rightly holding out for some parity in the wages stakes at Chelsea with the rest of his defenders, notched his second goal for France.
Many of the boys are back in for light running today and it's a couple of training sessions before the big kick-off on Sunday against Man City.
