Two goals from striker Milan Lalkovic turned the tide of this FA Youth Cup 4th round tie and puts the holders on course to defend their crown.

Arsenal took a two-minute leads when the hapless Billy Clifford headed in to his own goal from a corner.

The Blues were caught cold but rallied and Arsenal goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez made a string of excellent saves, notably from Slovakian Lalkovic.

The 18-year-old frontman levelled four minutes into the second half zipping through the visitors' defence and tucking home a smart finish.

It sent the 7,000 crowd into delirium.

It was an end-to-end game with both goalkeepers called into action.

With extra-time looming however, up popped Lalkovic and in very much Michael Owen, circa 1998-style he scored the winner.

He arrowed home a fine left footer from six yards out after first turning right and then left to confuse the Arsenal rearguard.
