It's still only one home win in the league under Guus Hiddink as Chelsea let slip the lead against Leicester city at Stamford Bridge this afternoon. The penalty spot was Cesc Fabregas's friend as he sent Kasper Schmeichel the wrong way to put the Londoners ahead, but a sensational Drinkwater special levelled the scores and that's how it ended.
But Tammy Abraham and Fikayp Tomori got a run out and extra minutes for Ruben Loftus-Cheek give hopes for a future that will see at least one of them to make it from the academy to replace John Terry.
But that is for next sea season.

A guard of honour for the champions, by the players got a warm reception from the crowd, but the biggest cheer was reserved for former Chelsea manager Claudio Ranieri.
As for the game.the home side had the first effort, a curler from close-range from Pedro, on the left, but it inched just wide of Kasper Schmeichel's left post.
This was countered on 12 minutes by Jamie Vardy, whose, left foot drive crept wide of Thibaut Courtois left-foot.
Vardy had half a shout for a penalty on 23 minutes,, when he zipped through the Chelsea rearguard but Courtois raced out and thwarted the speed mere chant. But he did fall over, suggesting he might have got a clip, but referee Craig Pawson waved play on.
On 26 minutes, the crowed erupted in applause for John Terry, who promptly stood up from the dugout and slanted the adoring fans.
Five minutes before the break, Chelsea fans though they had taken the lead but a brilliant save by Schmeichel from a Willian dashed their hopes. The goalkeeper expertly dived to his left to tip away, around his left post, an effort that was seemingly destined for the inside of the Leicester goal.
This was quickly followed by two more excellent saves as Chelsea piled on the pressure. The Londoners' thought they had scored when nPedro tucked home from close range from a Willian cross, but the Spain midfielder was a tad offside.
There was no change from either side at the break. But that change on 52 minutes when Tammy Abraham made his senior Stamford Bridge debut for Traore and Ruben Loftus-Cheek replaced Pedro.
But a penalty was duly awarded when Nemanja Matic allowed a trailing leg to hit substitute Jeffery Schlupp. The ref pointed to the spot. Up stepped Fabregas to send Schmeichel the wrong way to put the disposed champions ahead on 65 minutes.
But typically, with nine minutes on the clock, for a side who has one only home home league game under Guus Hiidink, Chelsea failed to halt Danny Drinkwater's time on the ball and he unleashed ass vicious right-footer from 25 yards out which zipped past Courtois and nestled into the corner of his net.
