Dennis Wise is to become a director once again of Chelsea Pitch Owners.
The fan-led company who owns Stamford Bridge's hallowed turf asked Wise, 44, to return to the company as director. He is currently a vice-president.
Chelsea FC failed in it's bid to buy out the sharholders of CPO last month.
The expected AGM on December 20 is now postponed a month.
Chelsea would only need 50 per cent support to gain full control. But a club spokesman told Chelsea-Mad that they won't be pursuing a buy-out bid at this AGM.
