Where's Roman in Blues hours of glory?

When Chelsea we celebrating victory over Liverpool on Wednesday night in the Champions League semi-final, owner Roman Abramovich was nowhere to be seen.
Usually we would get a glimpse of his gurning mug flash across our TV screens as a couple of sycophants clasp his hands and pats him on the back.
But no, not this time round and not for some time either.
So what's happening, has Roman deserted Chelsea? The truth is that no one really knows.
His spokeman claims he is on business. We can only assume that he is back home in Russia somewhere helping Mr Putin.
Without Roman's decision-making, Peter Kenyon cannot make a decision on the future of Avram Grant.
Nor can he make final plans for a new contract for Frank Lampard, nor can he .. well, I think you can get my meaning."
I'm sure the sponsors are happy with Chelsea progress this season, taking Manchester United all the way in the League and them having millions watch them face the same team in the Champions League final on May 21 will thrill them.
But without a nod and a wink from Roman, Kenyon's hands are tied on what to do with Grant and Lampard.
What do you think should happen? Should Grant be given the vote of confidence? Should Lamps get what he thinks he's worth or leave?
Go to the messageboard now and tell all.
