Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma is undergoing a medical in Paris ahead of a €30m (£25.8m) move to West Ham.
The 26-year-old has been linked with a move to the Hammers for a number of weeks, with David Moyes desperate to bolster his squad depth ahead of a maiden appearance in the Europa League group stages.
West Ham have been negotiating with Zouma's representatives for some time, mirroring the long-winded talks that the club held with Fiorentina's Nikola Milenkovic, and an agreement over personal terms has now been reached.
Zouma is now undergoing a medical and is expected to sign a five-year contract at the London Stadium.
