New Spurs boss Martin Jol was apparently interested in securing the signature of fellow ex-West Ham boy, Joe Cole.
However in an interview with Sky the player's agent, Jonathan Barnett, made it clear he wasn't moving.
"Glen is happy at Chelsea and he has just recently played a number of games in the side."
"Glen is under contract at Chelsea and he has no intentions of moving anywhere.
"I think it is just paper talk."
