Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas has been charged by the FA with an improper conduct charge following media comments he made about the ref after the Blues lost 0-1 to Queens Park Rangers on October 23, 2011.
Villas-Boas has until 4pm on November 15, 2011 to respond to the charge.
