Ashley Cole is £1,315 poorer today
The player who rarely speaks to the press as he dislikes the publicity afforded to him by the nationals was banned for driving for four months.
Ash was caught speeding over 100mph in a 50 mph speed zone on the A3 in November.
Cole admitted driving his Lamborghini excessively but claimed he was trying to get away from intrusive photographers.
Cole from Godalming will appeal the suspension, the £1,000 fine and £315 costs levelled at him.
He has 21 days to pay up.
