Mystery surrounds the injury of John Terry who has failed to make the starting 11 or even the bench for the game against Newcastle United this afternoon.
A club spokesman told Chelsea-Mad that JT has a "General, minor muscular tweek."
He would not elaborate on the injury and the blues fam will be hoping that their captain will be fit to resume his position at he heaRg of the Chelsea defence against WBA at the Hawthorns on Tuesday.
