The FA, in their wisdom, have concluded that Petr Cech will not face any disciplinary action regarding his comments of ref Graham Poll during Chelsea league encounter against Arsenal.

Cech conceded a quickly taken free-kick by Thierry Henry during December's 2-2 draw with Arsenal, and reportedly accused Poll of "cheating" his side.

However after reviewing tha actual comments made by Cech, they now conclude that there is "no firm evidence" against him.

The word cheat was not used in his own language and the word was used in translation only.
