Chelsea will face Spurs in the Capital One Cip final at Wembley on March 1.
It will be a repeat of the 2008 final where Sours won 2-1.
Spurs could only draw 2-2 tonight at League One side Sheffield United, but inched into the final by virtue of their 1-0 win in the first leg at White Hart Lane.
Chelsea overcame Liverpool last night 2-1 on aggregate to set up the dream final for the North London side.
