Melchiot - Sensibly played more defensively. Pires and Cole therefore had very little room and space over on their left, and weren't involved in the game at all. Well played Mario! 7
Terry - Immense. Mr Chelsea led by example. Is their a better English centre half in the country? I doubt it. Wouldn't swap him for Campbell or Rio. Un-touchable. Won everything in the air. 9
Gallas - Did Henry play? I can't remember him. The reason? This man! Willly G had Henry firmly in his pocket on Tuesday, to play with or tease as he deemed fit. 8
Bridge - Un-fairly dubbed 'Hot potato' in his first few games for the blues, due to his desperation to get rid of the ball. His best game for Chelsea the other night. An immense performance going forward and back. Took his goal better than anybody else could've. Sweetest celebration - Pompey or Arsenal? Pompey who?!
Parker - Tackled hard and never gave up. One of our players who seems to have no fear of Arsenal. One paper stated he was Chelsea's new hardman. Would you argue ? 7
Lampard - Shows a striker's instinct in the box. Took his goal very well and even said it was his greatest night as a footballer. May not be born and bred Chelsea, but his blood is now blue! Gotta be a starter in Portugal. Took his goal very well, tackled very hard and well and showed a good range of passing. 9
Makelele - Another game where we didnt see Claude, but made the most passes of any Chelsea player on the field. Tackled hard. One thing though Claude. You can compete with Vieria !! Well done. Better than the usual kissing and hugging and god knows what else that you two get up to usually! 8
Duff - Should've scored in the first half. Went on a great mazzy run but lacked the finish. Created a lot for us and was a thorn in Lauren's side all evening. Linked well with Bridgey before whe was replaced later on, by Joe Cole.
Gudjohnsen - Fantastic pass for Bridge's winner. Assist of the season? Probably! Brings all the team into the play and has some of the quickest feet I've ever witnessed! Isn't it a little wierd that Chelsea's top three scorers this season are Forssell, Gudjohnsen and Hasselbaink ?!?!
Hasselbaink - Had to play as the target man. Did it reasonably well. It's not his game and didnt really get a sniff of goal all night. But we won, so he can have a 7 !! 7
Chelsea had a twelve man on Tuesday...... (no, not cheating!)
Chelsea Fans - Sang their hearts out. More than made up for the smaller number of fans compared to Arsenal. "Your season's over now" and "You're gonna win **** all!" were maybe a bit premature! But what the hell - we beat the scum 2-1 !!

Cole - Created a good chance in the limited time he had for Eidur, which was cleared from the line. 7
Crespo - Took over from Jimmy and didn't do a lot. But what the hell! 7
Gronkjaer - I love to admit i was wrong about Gronks! He was immense in the second half and rfound so much room. Was his usual in-consistant self at times but scared the living daylights out of Ashley Cole. Won't remember it though, after that smack in the face he took !!
