Scott was not named in the Charlton side which was surprisingly dumped out of the cup against Gillingham which means that he is eligible to play for Chelsea in this season's competition.

The game against Arsenal is an added bonus for Scotty, a month after he thought his FA Cup season was over!

The ex-Charlton star revealed: "I didn't think I'd have any part in the competition at all this year but suddenly after my transfer I'm back in it and we look like we've got a chance.

"You couldn't have a bigger game than Arsenal. We know it is going to be tough, but it's a game we'll relish and are all looking forward to.

"We'll give it our best shot. We've got two big games coming up. Arsenal are doing very well but United slipping up against Middlesbrough helps us."

Come on Chelsea!
