Who is in charge at Chelsea?

One has to wonder if there is some power struggle going on in the hallowed halls of Stamford Bridge.
Jose Mourinho's thinly veiled attack on his medical staff suggests that all is not well beneath the surface.
Jose made it perfectly clear afer the Blues's 2-2 draw at home to Reading yesterday that he is unhappy at not knowing when he will have a fit again John Terry and Joe Cole.
He stated that he has heard from the media that Terry will be three weeks away from returning from a back and foot injury.
But he confirmed that the Chelsea medical team have not told him when the players will be back or how they are best going to treat their injuries.
Jose likes to be in control - he is now at the beck and call of his medical team and he does not like that one bit.
Terry, Cole and all are multi-million pound assets to the club and as a result chief executive Peter Kenyon is duty-bound to protect those assets.
It will not do Chelsea any favours to rush players back before they are fully fit.
No one is suggesting that Mourinho would risk it either. But the question remains who is making the ultimate decisions?
Mourinho's claims of not knowing what is happening suggests at the very least that there is a  breakdown in communications somewhere along the line.
It does not bode well for the team if a power struggle is brewing in the corridors does it?
