Terry has operation

John Terry is reported to have undergone an operation on his back.
It's unclear how long the Chelsea and England captain will be out of action.
Some say within weeks other suggest it might be a couple of months.
What is for sure is that he won't be playing on Saturday against Fulham or against Aston Villa the following week.
It's these two crucial Premiership matches which Chelsea has to win to maintain the pressure on Manchester United.
A little too much tinkering against Reading saw the Blues drop two vital points.
Ashley Cole was dumped on the bench in favour of Wayne Bridge.
But putting Paulo Ferreira at centre-back at the expense of Khalid Boulahrouz was just a selection error by Jose Mourinho.
Geremi at right back has proved to be a success in the short term but is a doubtful long-term solution.
With Arjen Robben, Joe Cole also out - our attack support is not in a healthly state.
We need Andriy Shevchenko to hit a rich vein of form now. Didier Drogba - without doubt the player of the season so far cannot be expected to maintain his extraordinary form in attack and defence.
Shaun Wright-Phillips is a lovely lad but has failed miserably.
The likes of Kalou and Mikel are getting minutes on the pitch which Jose would not have anticipated.
Thank the stars for Michael Essien, Claude Makelele and Frank Lampard.
Michael Ballack needs to start chipping in a with a few goals to help out the attack.
So now, in the well worn phrase, we are down to our bare bones.
Best of luck JT with your recovery and stay out of the bumper cars in the future!
