So who is Avram Grant?

Avram Grant joined Chelsea in the summer from his post as director of football, from Portsmouth,.
He was previously manager of the Israeli national team.
He's 52-year-old.
He began his senior coaching career at Hapoel Petach Tikva, and came second in the league in 19991
Grant then popped off to Maccabi Tel Aviv, where he won the Israeli championship in his first season.
He won the domestic cup in 1994.
He then popped off to rivals Hapoel Haifa where he finished 4th.
By 1997, he had returned to Tel Aviv, and won the League Cup, in 1999, then became a coach at Maccabi Haifa, in 2000.
Avram won the title twice and another League Cup in 2002.
At 46, Grant became manager of Israel for 33 games.
In 2006 he went off to Portsmouth and now he's in the hot seat at Chelsea.
