A statement on the Official Chelsea site read: "Season Ticket sales for the new season, 2004/05, will begin in the next week or so with people having until the end of May to renew their seat. Renewal forms are being sent out and you will be able to renew your seat Online should you wish. The forms for new applications will also be available with new applications accepted from the 1st June.

"The two major changes to be aware of are that all season tickets are now only for Premiership games (not Cup ties) and the whole stadium will be non-smoking."

The prices for new applicants are:

East Upper: £845
Matthew Hardling Upper: £780
Matthew Harding Lower: £650
Shed Family (lower tier): Adult £520, Juvenile £275
West Lower: £800

Renewal prices are:

East Upper: £815
Matthew Hardling Upper: £750
Matthew Harding Lower: £620
Shed Family (lower tier): Adult £480, Juvenile £240
West Lower: £770
