Robinho off to Manchester City?

Chelsea will need to up their offer if they are to nab Robinho from the clutches of Manchester City.
City have had an offer of £32.5m accepted by Real Madrid as of 10.45pm tonight.
The clubs may have agreed a fee but Robinho, 23, said yesterday that he had his heart set on a move to Chelsea.

The phone lines betrween Peter kenyon and Roman Abramovich will be red hot as they need to decide if they want to match or better City's bid.

There is 1 hour and 45 minutes remaining of the transfer window and with relations between Real and Chelsea at an all-time low, Abramovich will have to make an audacious offer to take the Brazilian winger from Spain.

If Robinho goes to Manchester, it will be Kenyon's biggest blunder in charge of the Blues.
