Park Keen To Make His Mark!

Parker has looked impressive recently, running the show for much of the game against Spurs. In the games he has played against Arsenal, he has not always used possesion as well as he would like- although, off the ball, there has been no one better than him.

In the FA Cup game at Highbury, he even managed to keep Patrick Vieira quiet for most of the game, until Claudio pushed him so far out wide that his boots were polihed with chalk!

The former Charlton midfielder, speaking to the Daily Mail, said "We need to get at Arsenal. You dare not have a bad touch otherwise you lose possession. That's the way you have to play against Arsenal. If you let them play, they're too good and can cut you open. We've got to be in their faces and make it hard for them.

"Arsenal are a very strong team but who knows how it (Fa Cup defeat) will affect them now? They might crack a little bit and we're waiting to pounce.

"They haven't lost a lot of games but who is to know how they will react? That is the main test for them now. I believe records have to end sometime and when we've played Arsenal there seems to have been a steady progression each time. We did very well in the first leg and can take a lot from that performance.

"Arsenal have lost the semi-final, have some hard games coming up and it will be tough for them. It helps us that we're the underdogs. That helps a lot."

COME ON CHELSEA! For all those at the game tomorrow night, remember.... Keep The Blue Flag Flying High!
