Without actually naming Chelsea, Moyes hints that only Abramovich has deep enough pockets to get the 18 year old England hitman.
Moyes said: "If he does well [at Euro 2004] the surrounding hype will be inevitable - but we want him to have a good championships even it it creates new speculation about him leaving Everton.
"My belief is that there is only one club in the world at the moment who could afford him whether he has a good tournament or a bad one.
"But that does not mean we want to sell to that club. I want to get that message across.''
