Chief Executive, Peter Kenyon, has yesterday said: "This is totally untrue and without any foundation whatsoever. Chelsea has not made any approach to Ottmar Hitzfeld."
Hitzfeld had said, "Yes, I have received an offer from Chelsea."
He was however, quick to state his loyalties to Bayern.
"I will fulfil my contract at Bayern until 2005," insisted Hitzfeld.
