Monaco Preview: Part Three

Claudio was in a buoyant mood ahead of tonight's make or break clash with Monaco.

He started proceedings by defending his reputation! Claudio said: "I don't think there is a bad reputation about myself. I believe that everyone can make mistakes but very few men can say that they did make a mistake.

"I am one of them though. The best managers are the ones who make fewer mistakes than others as everybody makes mistakes.

"I am only focused on trying to do the best for Chelsea. I don't want to separate myself from Chelsea. I am involved in Chelsea. Yes, it is emotional for me. But I want to win as I'm an ambitious man. I want to win always. Not because of what has happened and what everyone knows."

Claudio also revealed what he thinks is required for the victory. He said "We need to do our best performance of the season and for them to do maybe their worst. I know that it will be very difficult but we still have a chance. Football is a wonderful game.

"I am always positive. If I don't think we can do it, I shouldn't go to the game. I should watch on television. But we have a last chance and we have to believe in everything.

"We have to believe in how Manchester United won the Champions League in the last two corners. We have to believe in every situation and I believe in my players."

All that's left to say now is..... COME ON CHELSEA!
