Lamps Wants Away Goal

Lampard, scorer of three goals already in his first Champions League season, said: "We're confident, have played very well away and it's important to go and score.

"So I don't think we'll be going there to defend."

Lamps also gave his thoughts on the competition as a whole, saying "It's an open competition and it would be great if we win it. I want medals and this could be a great starting point. If we get it then just imagine the amount of confidence it will give us for next season."

Getting goals won't be the easiest of tasks though. Chelsea Mad understands that Chelsea have travelled without Damien Duff, whilst Eidur Gudjohnsen remains a major doubt despite making the trip. And keeping goals out might be a problem too, with William Gallas also not travelling and John Terry still struggling with the injury that kept him out of Saturday's game with Everton.
