Frank Lampard claims he has learned a harsh lesson after his recent off-the-field antics and will become a stronger person as a result.

The 23-year-old was reprimanded by his club - receiving a maximum fine - and dropped from the England squad by coach Sven Goran Eriksson.
Lampard said: "All I can do is carry on giving everything for Chelsea and play well in the belief I can play myself back in.
"I hope this is a short, sharp lesson.
I've had knock-backs in the past, but I have always managed to come back stronger.
"This is a big test of my mental strength as well as my character, but I know I will be all right.
"The decision has been made to leave me out of the latest England squad, and I have to get on with it the best I can.
It has only served to make me more determined.
"I have learned more than a few things over the past week as a Chelsea player and the responsibility that goes with it.
"We are young lads and have made some mistakes.
We all regret that day and wish it had never happened," he told The Sun.
