Jose is targeting Saturday's match against Fulham as the title clincher.

The Blues entertain Arsenal tomorrow night, and then welcome neighbours Fulham to the Bridge at the weekend.
Mourinho said on TV: "I'd like to win it as soon as possible so I could rest players. We've had 54 games in four competitions." h

A win against the Gooners will leave Chelsea needing two points to claim their first league title in 50 years.

It will then allow Mourinho the chance to rest key players ahead of the Champions League matches against Liverpool.

The first of the two matches is next Wednesday, April 27 at Stamford Bridge.
The second leg is Tuesday, May 3.

Mourinho would rest players for the trip to Bolton on April 30 and should they progress to the final, for their games against Charlton Ath, Manchester United and Newcastle Utd.
