The Blues had already booked their place by hammering Leicester City 5-2 at the Bridge last week.
But Spurs overcame a spirited Bolton Wanderers tonight 3-1 at White Hart Lane in their rearranged quarter-final tie after the original match was abandoned following the cardiac arrest of Fabrice Muamba.
It means a London derby on Sunday, April 15.
