The Bison formally known as MIchael Essien has signed for Greek side Panathinaikos.
The Ghana midfielder who moved to SW6 from Lyon in 2005 and, after a trophy-laden career, he left in 2012 to join Real Madrid on loan.
He then moved on to AC Milan. The 32-year-old has signed a two-year deal with Panathinaikos.
