How long will Ron, run, run, run the Blues?

Congratulations to Ron Gourlay, Chelsea's new chief executive.
As stated earlier today on Chelsea-Mad, well before the official announcement, the now ex-chief operating officer at Stamford Bridge is the top man at SW6 (well, after Roman of course and a few of his advisors and lawyers).
After saying all the right things about taking the club forward in the commercial world etc etc, Gourlay's first task will be to try an unite the off-field political factions at the club that has bedevilled it in recent times.
He will also have to deal with the humiliation heaped upon Abramovich via the actions of former staff over the Gael Kakuta (Child-trafficking) scandal.
This alone is something that would have tested the wisdom of Solomon, let's see how the former Umbro executive manages it.

So the question on most supporters lips is "How long will he stay?"
That of course is entirely in the gift of Roman.

Where Roman wanted all non-Chelsea fans to hold Chelsea as their second club - thus raising the profile instantly by millions, Kenyon started his tenure by making arrogant claims about his club (sorry Roman's).
In a series of statements, Kenyon managed to alienate Chelsea from the rest of the footballing world.
The club has rebuilding to do on the pitch - which Ancelotti is starting to do.
Director of communications Simon Greenberg did his bit by recruiting top media people to address their less than impressive media image.
Director of football Frank Arnesen will have to work closely with Gourlay to rebuild Chelsea's footballing activities in the wake of their two-year transfer ban following Kakuta-Gate.
Plus Gourlay has to bring in the big bucks to make Chelsea self-financing.
It's a big ask - but presumably he's on a big salary too.
All at Chelsea-Mad wish him well. We shall be watching closely.
What do you think of Gourlay's appointment?
