Hiddink is the man Roman wants

Guus Hiddink will be Chelsea's new boss.
The Dutchman, currently Russia's national manager is in talks with Chelsea and the Blues are serious about bringing him to Stamford Bridge.
Chelsea are hoping that Hiddink will become Chelsea's full-time boss.
But Hiddink wants to guide Russia through the World Cup qualifiers.
A compromise will be reached which will see Hiddink named Chelsea boss and becoming a part-time boss of Russia.
Avram Grant is being approached to act as back-up to Hiddink in both Chelsea and Russia.
Ray Wilkins is expected to be retained - again in a support role.
It's considered to be Abramovich's dream team and the Russian Chelsea owner is confident that he can finally nail the men he wants to take Chelsea forward.
The announcement is expected within 24 hours.
