Reading's Michael Hector is being earmarked as a possible replacement for John Terry as transfer deadline day reaches fever pitch.

The former Millwall youth player who hails from East Ham is expected to put pen to paper this afteroon, Chelsea-Mad sources can revel.

The 23-year-old has had a succession of loan moves and such a move up in class will be no problem for the confident youngster, who opted to play for Jamaica.
