Chelsea Mad would like to say congratulations to Frank Lampard and his partner Elen regarding the birth of their first child.

They have named her Luna Coco Patricia Lampard.
Elen Rives, 28, gave birth to Luna Coco Patricia Lampard at London’s Portland Hospital on Monday afternoon.
