A compensation settlement, reported to be around £8m, was agreed after Spurs threatened to report Chelsea for an illegal approach to the Dane.
A Spurs statement read: "Frank Arnesen will remain employed by Tottenham until 31 August 2005. Frank has been assisting the Club throughout his period of suspension, which is now ended, and will continue to do so untilhis employment terminates.
"The Club is confident that Frank will carry out his duties in a thoroughly professional manner."
