Chelsea are nearing an agreement to sign Porto star Hulk who is seen by Roberto Di Matteo as key acquisition as the Swiss manager looks to put his stamp on the Chelsea squad.
Porto though seem to have raised fears in certain circles that they could play hard ball and could drag the deal on till the transfer window?s final day at the end of the month.
Chelsea are optimistic of securing the Brazilian's signature for a fee around the ?32m mark but Porto?s valuation is set at ?40m and are holding out for that.
The Brazil international has told the Portuguese club he wants to leave.
