And, according to reports, Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has been told he will have to stump up ?44 million for the Argentina international.
Pastore, 22, joined the Serie A club two years ago for just ?5m but has since forced his way into Argentina's national squad.
"Chelsea, Real Madrid and Barcelona are after Pastore," said Zamparini.
"I told his agent to see what market there is for the player and he has probably spoken to some clubs.
