Right-back Cesar Azpilicueta will travel with Chelsea for their Champions League quarter-final second leg against Real Madrid after testing negative for Covid-19.
The club captain recorded a positive test last week but thankfully wasn't missed as Chelsea romped to a 6-0 thumping of Southampton on Saturday.
Now, Tuchel has confirmed that Azpilicueta is back in training and will be part of the travelling squad to try and overturn the 3-1 deficit from the first leg.
"Azpi is in the group," Tuchel told his pre-match press conference. "He has tested negative several times."
There will, however, be no place in the squad for striker Romelu Lukaku, who remains out with the Achilles injury that kept him out of the Southampton game as well.
"Romelu will not travel with us due to his pain in the Achilles," Tuchel said.
The boss will also be without Callum Hudson-Odoi and Ben Chilwell, while midfielder Ross Barkley is unwell and has been left out of the travelling squad.
Tuchel declared that this tie was already over after the first leg, which saw Karim Benzema pick Chelsea apart and walk away with a stunning hat-trick, although he has since tried to give his side a small chance at success.
"Not the biggest chance [to go through], given the first game's result and given the competition and the opponent and the stadium we play in.
"We never managed our input or our effort based on the chance we have to win, we never have and we will not start tomorrow. It's very unlikely that we make it, it is unlikely but it's worth trying and we will try. Trying means we will play to our full limit, because this is what we do.
"It is what it is. It's a big night and a big match, and we will try to be in better shape and better condition than the first match."
