Cech plays full 90 minutes after injury

Petr Cech played his first 90 minutes tonight in Chelsea's first pre-season match on mainland Europe.

A Jeremie Boga goal six minutes from time spared the Blues blushes in a 1-1 draw WAC RZ Pellets, but it was without doubt Cech's outing that will be of major significance.

With Thiabout Courtois now back at his parent side following his loan spell at Atletico Madrid, Cech's recovery from the shoulder injury, ironically sustained against Atletico in the Champions League semi-final in Madrid, will be a sure sign that he won't allow the Belgium goalkeeper to gain any sort of foothold between the sticks at SW6.
