Petr Cech will join Arsenal after his contract5 wityh Chelsea expires on june 30.
Cech, 33, lost his place to Thibaut Courtois last seaon but such was his professionalism, he impressed the club's hierachy to the point wher they decided that he could go to a club of his choice.
Arsenal are in pole position and will lodge a £10million offer.
Jose Mourinho would prefer Cech left the Premier League and PSG will offer £10million for the stopper.
But Chelsea owner roman Abramovich has given cech his blessing to join the north London rivals.
Chelsea will offer QPR £6million for goalkeeper Roibert Green to replace Cech.
