Blues Sign Morais

Morais becomes our fourth Portugese signing of the summer, along with Paulo Ferreira, Tiago, Ricardo Carvalho. He has been signed for an undisclosed fee from Portugese second division club Penafiel.

Morais can play in either defense or midfield, and is certainly a signing for the future.
