The incident is said to have happened at 2.15am this morning in South Kensington. It's believed he was coming out of a nightclub and was swearing at police and failed to calm down whenasked by them.
A 28-year-old man was taken a police station and handed a fixed penalty notice said police.
He was released at 5.30am.
